Cecilia responded quickly, was available on the short notice, came on time for a free estimate, actually fixed the problem on the spot, and was a pleasure to be around (including being kind and engaging with a curious five year old hanging around) throughout. I found this company on Yelp and based on the previous reviews, I decided to call them. Cecilia and her team were excellent to work with. We moved to a new apartment that had a big problem with heat from the amount of sunlight that was entering. Cecilia was able to provide us with different options to solved this issue while not feeling completely inclosed. She was honest and worked with our budget. We highly recommend them and will definitely used them on any future blinds that we may need. Thank you Cecilia!

What a wonderful find. After 3 companies came, each not doing any follow up, working with Cici allowed me to rethink the project. She is a delightful person who cares about what she does and what she offers. You can't go wrong with these folks. Excellent end result. I would enthusiastically recommend them.

I had electrified blackout shades and electrified sun-shades installed by Cecilia and Jose several years ago in my Florida condo. When I have had any problem or question, the response is immediate and, when needed, so is any repair. If all service providers were like this, there would not be a need for reviews. Cecilia and her team are amazing! this is the second condo that she does the shades for us. We did the control remote control roller shades for living room and master bedroom and regular shades for both my son's windows. It looks spectacular! Very modern with clean lines. She came next day after we called, measured. Then she ordered the material and coordinated the installation. Super smooth process and the result is FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend

Cecilia from Blinds Shades and Shutters came through for me in a big way. She was very pleasant on the phone. Her staffmember showed up very timely, took my broken Luminette's track back to their shop and fixed the broken wand/gear mechanism in a matter of a few days and the cost was extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend them!

Ran into an issue where the apartment I purchased had an issue in two bedrooms around the installed shades, and I also wanted to redo one of the shades in the living room which is double height 20' ft ceilings to blackout.

I was frustrated that the new apartment I just purchased had an issue with the shades but fortunately we found Cecilia. She came into look at the issue, brought her installer with her, they reviewed everything and came up with a solution that would fix the broken issues.

Instead of charging to do more work, she worked with us to only fix what was essential, instead of recommending to replace everything, which is rare when someone works with you to help you save money, rather than spend it needlessly.

She was a pleasure to work with, made the entire process seamless, and really reduced my worries.

When it came time to do the installation and work, her and her installers were on site, they were meticulous in their work, I was worried that maybe there would be issues around having to redo the shade covers that were installed and non-removable in the wall, but her installers did a perfect job.

Couldn't recommend her and her team more highly. 100% happy with the work!

Cecilia called me back same day and mobilized within 24hrs to measure vertical blind project on 8'hx40'w store front openings at my new office space...the best turnaround from multiple other blinds companies was 5-7 business days however Ceci was delivered and installed my blinds within 48hrs! We had blinds installed almost 2 years ago; and Blinds Shades and Shutters did a GREAT and QUICK minor fix when a chain came off the 'runner'. We were very pleased with both the minor repair; and the fact that warranty was honored with no hassles or debate...just fixed it quick. The installer Jose is a real gentleman! And Daniella was super fast getting back to us Great Job.

I had decided that I wanted to replace the dual roller shades in the two bedrooms of the condo I had bought. I read the Yelp reviews of various blinds companies located around the Fort Lauderdale area. The reviews for Blinds Shades and Shutters (located in Sunny Isles) looked good, so I contacted them. We agreed upon an appointment time, and Daniela arrived on time. She took measurements, presented options, and made some recommendations. The price for two dual (privacy and blackout) motorized roller shades was reasonable, so I decided to go forward. We agreed on an installation date. On that date, Daniela and Jose -- the installer -- arrived. Jose is a perfectionist, and I quickly felt comfortable that I was in good hands. The installation stretched into a second day, but that was fine because it was for getting a perfectionist job. The finished products look great and work great -- I love my new blinds! Blinds Shades and Shutters is a family-owned business, and they clearly take pride in the products they sell and the work they do. They are professional and highly attentive. I highly recommend them!

I had no idea how in the world I was going to be able to get an emergency repair for a final Inspection for my boss's apartment. While other companies gave me a bunch of excuses for not to take the job, because the inspection was scheduled for the next day, Blinds, Shades and Shutters Wonder Woman Cecilia and Staff said: We'll do it, not a problem !! Their tech guy was on time, fixed and provided a video of the finished repair.
